CSR reorganizes its U-Liner business

CSR Pipe & Concrete Products, a division of CSR America, is restructuring of its pipeline rehabilitation business. Effective immediately, Pipe Liners, Inc. (PLI), the licensing and marketing arm of the U-Liner pipeline rehabilitation system, will begin operating independently from the rehabilitation division's installation business. PLI, which owns the U-Liner Pipe rehabilitation technology, will be headquartered in New Orleans, LA, and provide marketing and technical support to a national network of existing licensees.

Bob Crooks will step in as vice president Pipe Liners, Inc. Formerly with CSR's sugar division, Crooks returns to the U.S. after spending a year in Brazil. Prior to that, Crooks managed international sales for CSR PolyPipe and was involved in several pipeline rehabilitation projects.

Charles Curtis and Sandy Pellittieri will remain with PLI and immediately begin strengthening and expanding support services to bolster licensee support. Wayne Long, based in West Virginia, will continue working with licensees and report to Mr. Crooks. Mike Batie, previously general manager of PLI, will transfer to CSR's installation division and report to John Burkhalter, vice president and general manager of CSR Pipeline Rehabilitation.
