Before creating 360water, Laura Tegethoff was the program manager for the Ohio Water Environment Association in 1998. She found that each section of the OWEA was developing their own materials for section meetings. This was taxing their membership every quarter and involved searching for timely materials, getting them approved by the state regulator, having a presenter take time off an existing workload, and hoping that the materials are relevant for the people who attended the meeting.

In this Q&A, Laura Tegethoff from 360water discusses online training for utilities.
