ETP's Channel Master is a custom, prefabricated suspended hydrolic barrier curtain manufactured to create beneficial flow patterns, improved chlorine contact time, improved retention time, and improved settling time in your water or tank.

    Used in new tanks, the Channel Master provides cost and design advantages over alternative tank partitioning systems such as concrete walls and wood or fiber glass fencing. The Channel Master can easily be relocated or fine-tuned for any tank design change and costs less to install than other baffle systems. Used in existing tanks, the Channel Master can increase effective treatment area to 98% of the tanks total area by controlling the direction of the water flow through the tank in the pattern you deem most efficient. The Channel Master is manufactured using only high quality fabrics. These are approved by the NSF-61 approved Polypropylene and 316 Stainless Steel. The fabrication of the suspended baffle curtain is accomplished with a thermal sealing process which eliminates the need for sewn seams which could deteriorate over time.
