Source: Orege

Clémentine Justier, a water science engineer, explains the SLG® process: injecting air into sludge, holding air and sludge together under pressure, then releasing that pressure to disrupt floc structure and improve polymer efficiency. She walks through a real case where a plant rented an Orège dewatering unit after struggling to remove solids. Orège's team diagnosed the root cause: excess coagulant was disrupting the oxidation basin and driving up polymer use. After Orège recommended lowering dosing, cake solids recovered from around 12% to at least 14% within days.
