The American Water Works Association (AWWA) is the largest organization of water supply professionals in the world, and a force of change and progress in the industry — an industry which is beset with many challenges. Among the most pressing are the mitigation (or elimination) of lead in drinking water pipelines, water scarcity, utility labor issues, and funding the repair of America's crumbling infrastructure.
