Automated Solutions
The DPS 300 is capable of monitoring two points (clarifiers) simultaneously. The base system consists of an electronic monitor and one or two ultrasonic sensors. An optional Mounting Assembly as well as two Skimmer Guard models for clarifiers with surface skimmers are also available.
Increase Throughput
The DPS 300 provides reliable, repeatable sludge level monitoring in primary and secondary water and wastewater clarifiers. Using on-board communications, the unit may be connected to an existing PLC, DCS or SCADA control system, to provide automated clarifier operation resulting in improved plant efficiency and throughput.
Avoid Fines
Configuring the DPS 300 to alarm during high or low sludge level conditions provides early upset indication eliminating costly environmental fines.
Patented
Unlike traditional methods/devices, the DPS 300 utilizes a patented dual frequency design ensuring reliable sludge detection under dynamic conditions.
