AquaSonic AQS-7500 Ultrasonic Cleaning System features closed loop recycling system
With closed-loop recycling, one may extend the bath life of both the wash and rinse tank fluids in the AQS-7500 up to six months or more, depending on the application and the number of cleaning cycles per day. A properly filtered wash tank using the correct chemistry can maintain its effective cleaning properties under heavy use of twenty to thirty stencil cleaning cycles daily with only monthly changing of filter elements and replenishing fluids lost to evaporation as needed. Users of such systems can operate under and meet the strict guidelines of ISO 14000 (Environmental Management Systems). Rinse water constantly recycled and held in a reservoir for reuse requires change-out of filter elements every three or four months. When it is finally time for a complete tank cleanout, residual fluids (about 25 gallons), are pumped to bulk containers and hauled away by licensed waste handlers.
The AquaSonic® AQS-7500 Ultrasonic Cleaning System delivers added value in a number of standard features that are optional on most other systems. These include a 5-micron wash tank filter, a high-performance stainless steel pump for recirculation and discharge of tank fluids to waste treatment; individual stainless steel solder traps for the wash and rinse tanks; heated wash tank (4000 Watt); plus fully automatic and manual operation available. Fully automatic operation allows for "one button operation" and "zero contact" between the operators and the cleaning chemistry.
