New design delivers maximum volume flow range and energy efficiency

Coatesville, PA – The latest innovation from AERZEN: the new Delta Hybrid screw blowers utilize a direct drive and provide options for an IE5 synchronous permanent magnet motor and an integrated VFD. The new Hybrids maximize energy efficiency within the smallest footprint while continuing to provide the digital interface and process reliability that you have come to expect from AERZEN.

AERZEN rotary lobe compressors, also known as screw blowers, stand for the highest level of innovation, quality, energy efficiency, and reliability. With these latest developments, AERZEN is now taking the next step. This future-oriented design raises the bar regarding energy efficiency, durability, machine footprint, noise levels, and maintenance requirements.

The innovative screw blower series offers an IE5 synchronous permanent magnet motor and an integrated VFD.

Efficiency in a New Dimension

The new Delta Hybrids provide reliable, 100% oil-free process air while operating efficiently and economically. In addition, they provide an extended turndown ratio of up to 1:5 and energy savings of up to 37% compared to conventional blowers. This is unique in the market and is a major leap in efficiency thanks to advanced technology. The most important component is an innovative compressor stage with new, highly efficient screw rotor profiles and internal flow optimization. Other innovations include a direct drive for the use of motors with energy efficiency class IE4 or IE5 and an integrated VFD. The synchronous permanent magnet motors also offer high efficiency in partial load operation.

User-friendly Plug & Play Solution with the Smallest Footprint

The robust design ensures reliability, even under the most difficult environmental conditions. The new screw blowers are designed for intake temperatures from -40 °F to +122 °F. The acoustic hood has an option for outdoor installation, allowing the machines to be used under direct weather conditions.

Delta Hybrid packages are ready for immediate use upon delivery and occupy a minimum amount of floor space. The space-saving, side-by-side installation and excellent volume flow per square foot result in smaller machine rooms.

Digitally Ready Thanks to AERtronic

The integrated AERtronic package control system efficiently controls and monitors the Delta Hybrid. All data can be transmitted to the master control system and accessed via browser, tablet, or mobile phone. The result is maximum machine availability, reliability, and efficiency.

Easy to Use, Easy to Transport

The new Delta Hybrid sizes achieve a maximum sound pressure level of 75 dB(A), making them among the quietest on the market in their performance class. Thanks to the flexible modular system, the silencer technology can be selected to comply with customer and application requirements. Operation and maintenance can be performed exclusively from the front and back of the package. The long intervals between oil changes and maintenance requirements reduce service costs. The machines are already filled with oil upon delivery and can be easily transported by pallet truck, forklift, or crane.
