ACE12 To Feature Keynote Speakers Steve Roberts And Emmitt Smith

The American Water Works Association (AWWA) announced recently that Steve V. Roberts, leading political pundit and award winning journalist, will share his experiences in covering politics and provide his opinions of the upcoming 2012 elections during the Opening General Session of AWWA's Annual Conference and Exposition (ACE12) in Dallas, Texas, on June 11.

Roberts has covered many of the major events of the last three decades, including nine presidential election campaigns and has been named "one of the top 50 journalists" by Washingtonian Magazine. Of particular interest to conference attendees will be a prediction of the outcome of the 57th U.S. presidential election this November, and the impacts the drinking water sector might face as a result.

In addition, ACE12 attendees will have an opportunity to hear from the 2012 Water Industry Lunch Speaker, Emmitt Smith. Smith, a three-time Super Bowl champion, is an active and forward-thinking businessman. Currently, Smith is the Majority Partner and Co-Chairman of ESmith Legacy, Inc., a Dallas-based commercial real estate and investment company founded to focus and deliver real estate solutions and services for both general and minority market development.
