The HSQ 25X86 Logic Processor is an Intel X86, microprocessor-based, industrial logic processor designed for use in intelligent Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), programmable controller applications. Key Features:
  • Standard Intel 386/486 industrial processor board
  • Standard PC/104 (ISA) expansion bus
  • 4MB RAM, expandable to 16MB, (up to 64MB RAM with the 486 based units)
  • FLASH memory chips for program/setup storage
  • Two standard RS-232 serial ports; optional four expansion ports
  • RS-485 support
  • Network communications supported:
    • Serial data via dial-up, leased line and radio communications
    • Ethernet data highway
    • Frame Relay and ISDN communications support

The Model 25X86 is provided with HSQ developed software which supports report-by-exception, real-time clock synchronized to the master system clock, local time-stamped Sequence Of Events (SOE), local alarm detection and engineering units conversion, and user definable computations and control logic. Designed for data acquisition, telemetry, SCADA and process automation.
