FCL Free Chlorine Measuring System FCL Free Chlorine Measuring System

The Model FCL is a complete system that measures free chlorine in fresh water. It includes a transmitter (choice of Model 56 or Model 1056), a 499ACL-01 free chlorine sensor, a pH sensor (if required), and a constant head flow controller. The transmitter and flow controller are mounted on a back plate, and quick disconnect Variopol sensor cables are pre-wired to the transmitter, making installation and startup fast and easy.

The ST3 XChem series of SMART electrochemical toxic gas sensors provide high specificity, fast response, and long life. All ST3 sensors are part of the universal Millennium II Gas Detection platform and are compatible with the M21, M22, and M2B transmitters. Rosemount CT5100 continuous gas analyzer from Emerson is the world’s only hybrid analyzer to combine Tunable Diode Laser (TDL) and Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) measurement technologies for process gas analysis and emissions monitoring. The CT5100 is available in two variants: a certified system, housed in a purged and pressurized enclosure for hazardous area installations; and a non-certified system for use in nonhazardous areas. Both can house up to six lasers to measure up to 12 critical component gases and potential pollutants simultaneously within a single system - meeting local, state, national, and international regulatory requirements. The CT5100 is a unique combination of advanced technology, high reliability, and rugged design. Its "laser chirp" technique expands gas analysis in both the near- and mid-infrared range, enhancing process insight, improving overall gas analysis sensitivity and selectivity, removing cross interference, and reducing response time. The laser chirp technique produces sharp, well-defined peaks from high resolution spectroscopy that enable specificity of identified components with minimum interference and without filtration, reference cells, or chemometric manipulations.

The European Commission’s Aerosol Dispensers Directive (ADD) legislation (UN ADR 2013, 75/324/EEC) mandates that aerosol dispensers and small receptacles containing compressed gas (gas cartridges) must pass a leak-proof test before they are transported. Cascade’s CT2211 leak detection system detects and rejects leaking aerosol cans up to a rate of 500 cans per minute. The system is contactless, ensuring minimal product damage or contamination. With the increasing number of safety and quality standards required, Cascade’s CT2211 will ensure current and future regulatory compliance.

The 01-TT ultrasonic test tool is a portable, battery-operated source of ultrasound for periodic testing of the Incus ultrasonic gas leak detector. The test tool produces ultrasound to verify response of an ultrasonic gas leak detector without the need for an open gas release. The unit is suitable for use in nonhazardous (de-classified) areas or in hazardous areas with the appropriate permits.
