WRc evolved into its present format from origins as the research laboratory for the UK water industry and has a strong background in research and development. WRc's expertise focuses on water and wastewater. WRc has offices throughout the world, and has recently entered a joint venture in the US with Dvirka and Bartilucci Consulting Engineers. The new company, WRc/D&B, LLC, offers its customers the benefits of years of WRc research and development in solving environmental, pollution control and systems engineering problems and the practical experience of Dvirka and Bartilucci covering all aspects of municipal and industrial water and waste engineering.
