Ian Robinson

President/COO, BlueConduit

Ian manages day-to-day operations and strategy implementation for BlueConduit. He has worked with more than 50 cities in helping them use machine learning to develop a lead service line inventory. He has also co-authored a white paper on data science for LSL replacement with ASDWA and is leading an effort on AWWA’s Lead in Water Subcommittee to develop a guide for service line replacement plans.

Mattie Lehman

GIS Coordinator, City of Goshen, IN

Mattie has served as the GIS Coordinator at the City of Goshen since 2022 when the City began their water service line inventory project. She got her start in GIS while obtaining an M.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana. She loves the ways GIS at the municipal level allows her to bring together spatial thinking and environmental care to effect change in her hometown.
