Since 1985, Waterworks has supplied treatment units to clients around the world. Waterworks' head office is in Calgary, Canada and since 1987 it has operated in S.E. Asia from it's Malaysia subsidiary, Alpac (Malaysia), and in South Asia, Alpac Technologies (Madras) has supplied treatment systems since 1995 from offices in Chennia (Madras) and Bangalore.

Waterworks' clients include many reputable multinational corporations, Fortune 500 Companies and numerous government agencies. Waterworks designs and supplies water plants. RO/UF systems, filtration equipment, aerobic and anaerobic treatment systems, clarifiers, Waterworks' DAFs, TFEA/SFEA and SORF units, sludge handling equipment, trickling filter media, screens, diffuses and physical/chemical and advanced oxidation systems.
