Water Tech Industries, Inc. is an Oregon corporation that began as Quantum Alpine Water Systems in Provo, Utah in 1987. Tom Felt, the original founder, owned and managed the company until 1997 when he sold a majority interest to Larry Linton of Portland, Oregon. The company was then moved to Portland Oregon to the manufacturing plant. Since 1997, the company has doubled sales each year and plans for solid growth in the future. Water Tech Industries' goal is to provide the world with pure, clean, safe water. To do this, Water Tech Industries has developed and introduced the Reionator and several other water conditioning and filtration products for home and businesses. The Reionator was patented in 1989 and has successfully helped thousands of industrial, commercial, and residential customers condition their water.

Water Tech Industries has been a member of the Water Quality Association since 1992 and sells NSF and UL-approved products. The company also incorporates NSF and UL-approved components in the systems it manufactures.
