Water Management Software Updated For Enhanced Usability And Functionality

London, UK HWM Radcom Technologies has released a new version of its RadWin software for use with the company's water flow and pressure loggers, simplifying water management and leak detection. The company has made significant changes, with many new features added as a result of specific customer requests. It is now more user friendly, intuitive to use and features enhanced graphing capabilities.
The software is ideal for setting up and downloading data from a Radcom datalogger. This can be done on-site using a laptop PC, or in the office via phone, mobile, GSM or email telemetry links. RadWin is probably the most comprehensive software on the market for water applications; enhanced toolbars and a number of ‘wizards' have now been incorporated to enable new users to set up the software and loggers and carry out basic functions with ease.
The updated software has increased data management features, including unlimited graphs: with one or two clicks a number of different graphs can be displayed, overlaid or merged to quickly compare or collate information. Data such as minimum, maximum and average flow can also be examined in table format and exported, and can be used in the alarms package that now forms part of the software in order to simplify alarm profiles. Exception reporting has also been improved to quicken leak and low pressure detection.
RadWin supports all previous Radcom hardware and, in addition to the main package, is available in two other versions to suit every need: Pocket RadWin (or RadWin CE) runs on a PDA, and RadWin Lite is available for use where telemetry data capture is not required.
