Water For People Forever

Water For People is an international non-profit organization based out of Denver, CO that hires local engineers and program directors to bring lasting and sustainable water and sanitation solutions to communities in Central and Latin America, Africa and India. 

Kelly Trace, a business development professional with Water for People, recently sat down with Water Online Radio to discuss the organization’s “Everyone Forever” model. Sustainability is assured through the non-profits focus on establishing the necessary long-term solution for each community before moving on and requiring them to co-fund the project.

“We will stay within a community for 10 years to ensure that the solutions we have in place are lasting,” explains Trace. “We’re really focused on sustainability and making sure these systems will last.”
