Water Based Catalyzed Epoxy

Water Based Catalyzed Epoxy is a two-component water based, catalyzed, epoxy resin coating formulated for high performance use in industrial and commercial environments.

Epoxide 33/34 provides a strong defense against corrosion and chemical attack. The coating's multifunctional chemistry permits higher crosslink density for the formation of a hard, tough film that is acid and alkali resistant. Due to its amine-adduct formulation, Epoxide 33/34 provides outstanding performance in water tanks. Accelerated immersion and disbandment tests reveal that the coating forms a strong bond to numerous substrates, including steel and concrete, and is compatible with both impressed current and galvanic cathodic protection systems. To help ensure the formation of a quality finish, Epoxide 33/34 was developed for easy brushed, rolled or airless-sprayed application. Epoxide II LT is a low-temperature, self-priming epoxy amine coating that will allow tank applicators to work longer into the winter. Approved for application down to 35 degrees
