Ultraviolet Sciences, Inc. Obtains ANSI/NSF Standard 50 Certification For Pools, Spas, Splash Pads, And Other Water Recreation Usage

Ultraviolet Sciences, Inc. (UVSI) UVS series water treatment chambers are now certified to ANSI/NSF-50. This certification will allow use of the entire lineup of UVS products for water recreation use, including pools, spas, and splash pads. UVSI is now offering a low cost, high performing, UV alternative to expensive medium pressure UV solutions.

UVSI products gain unmatched efficiency using a patented UV reflector. This unique design results in obtaining very high disinfection dose while using just one or two low pressure amalgam lamps. This design decreases the UV reactor size, minimizes the number of lamps, and lowers the overall cost of the UV equipment including its operation.
