Inspection Manager eliminates paperwork through the use of bar code technology and powerful Windows software which allow you to electronically gather and manage data for a wide variety of facility, operations, maintenance and engineering applications. Information that was once hand-written, transcribed into a computer, then filed away in cabinets can now be managed with one, all-encompassing system.

Streamline Inspections
You decide what needs to be checked and when. Simply scan bar codes on various pieces of equipment and/or locations, and the scanner prompts you to enter critical information related to the piece of equipment or location. You can record tasks performed, observations, events or conditions encountered. For example, record that floors were cleaned and alarms are working. Take gauge readings from your HVAC equipment and record the results of safety inspections.

Identify Problems Fast
Problems are documented automatically. In addition, out-of-range readings cause the scanner to buzz and display messages that prompt the user for additional information.
