TLC Controls, Inc.
TLC Controls Inc. began in 1979 after founder Todd L. Conforti received a degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Having worked for both Allen-Bradley Company in Milwaukee and Klockner-Moeller Company in Arlington Heights, Illinois, designing and building control systems, Mr. Conforti noticed a need in the water and waste water markets for high quality, low cost control panels. TLC Controls was originally located in a 3,000 square foot building in Rosemont, Illinois then relocated to it's present 8,000 square foot facility in Mt. Prospect, Illinois. As a progressive corporation, TLC Controls was one of the first control panel manufacturers to use CAD systems for all engineering and development, thereby enabling electronic access to most all drawings, dating back nearly 20 years. Over those years TLC Controls has designed and built nearly every type of control system used in the water and waste water industries; from aerators to water filters. TLC Controls has been a leader in the progression from wound rotor slip recovery speed control to variable frequency controllers, from mechanical level sensors to solid state submersible transducers. We offer basic standard controls or can build to any engineer's custom specification.
TLC Controls Inc. offers broad, single source custom design and fabrication services for industrial, water, and waste water process automation control panels. We are a design and build electrical controls manufacturer, engineering systems that include single or multi-pump installations for municipal water and waste water systems, industrial plants, commercial buildings, housing tracts and HVAC systems or any control application.
