SWAN 2026 Call For Abstracts: "Adapting Your Digital Journey"
Join us for the 16th Annual SWAN Conference in Tampa, Florida (June 2-4, 2026), focusing on the theme, “Adapting Your Digital Journey.” Digital transformation in the water sector isn’t a straight road. It evolves over time requiring pivots and continuous learning. This Conference aims to meet utilities where they are at, highlighting how to build and sustain success across people, processes, and technology.
We invite abstracts that share utility-driven stories across two or more of these pathways:
- Practical – From What to How
- Inclusive – Across Communities and Internally
- Adaptive – Embracing Change and Uncertainty
- Sustained – Beyond Adoption
Please refer to the diagram below for more guidance. Abstracts will be considered for the Digital Twin Workshop, Small Utility Workshop, and the main conference sessions. There is limited travel funding available for speakers of the small utility workshop. All submissions will be reviewed blindly by the SWAN Utility Advisory Group and selected abstracts will earn the chance to present in Tampa.
