As an example, SpinTek supplies proprietary TiO2 (titanium dioxide) ceramic-coated MF/UF membranes for flat sheet or tubular applications. These ductile, yet extremely durable, ceramic membranes can be easily cut into a variety of configurations or to replace fragile polymeric membranes, such as in the Membrex or V-Sep units. The membrane is uniquely suited for applications such as metalworking, parts washing and fine chemicals. It is well suited for most difficult or high temperature, high pH and food and beverage processes. Key markets are in the Metal Finishing, Fine Chemicals, Hydrometallurgy and Nuclear industries.

SpinTek also manufactures 1-inch tubular polymeric membrane modules for direct retrofit with OEM tubular membranes. SpinTek offers replacement modules at an extremely competitive price.

In addition to membrane products, SpinTek designs, fabricates and installs high technology filtration and solvent recovery media and systems for mining and hydrometallurgy.
