Solid Contact Clarifiers (Conventional & Heli-Cone)

Tonka offers two styles of upflow solids contact clarification. They consist of conventional upflow solids contact clarifier, and the Tonka Heli-Cone. Both types are custom designed to meet specifications with respect to rise rate, detention times, sludge collection and removal, and effluent collection. Conventional basin design consists of the mechanical recirculation and sludge rotating scrapers. The Heli-Cone basin is completely hydraulically driven and includes no continuous moving parts.
