Smart Trak Mounting System

Flowline's Smart Trak multi-point installation is designed to accommodate as many as six level sensors located along a track measuring up to 12 feet long. Adjustable set points can handle any combination of tuning fork, ultrasonic, capacitance or buoyancy sensors. Constructed of rugged polypropylene for corrosive environments, the assembly includes either a NEMA 4X rated junction box or relay controller. An optional side mounting bracket is available for installation in open tanks or sumps. Kits enable the user to customize his installation according to a particular application.

Various Smart Trak level switch packages are offered. For acid day storage tanks, a compact relay controller can be combined with a pair of ultrasonic level switches for an automatic fill application. When an application involves waste sumps, three tuning fork level switches can be combined with a relay controller for automatic empty with high level shutoff and alarm. PLC-compatible FET switches or internal 1A relays provide for both the pump and alarm actuation. Depending upon the number of sensors required, standard track sections may be easily cut to length.
