It provides a means to automatically schedule, generate, and track, both preventive and unscheduled maintenance work orders. The software allows service requests to be tracked separately from work orders, allowing multiple requests to be tied to a single work order. It also records a complete history of all maintenance activities; accounts for maintenance costs including personnel, materials, equipment, and contractors; manages stockroom inventories of all parts, materials, and equipment; facilitates both standard and ad hoc reporting.
