Designed for groundwater professionals, the Rugged Water Level Tape 200 stands up to field conditions. Choose from a full-size tape or a backpack-size tape.

Tough Tape

• Rugged tapes are made of high-tensile steel with polyethylene jacket. Engineer-grade tapes are manufactured and tested to meet ASME requirements. Tape resists stretching under loads of 150 kg (330 lbs). Scales are graduated in meters by mm or in feet by 0.01 ft and are printed beneath the jacket to ensure long life. Yellow tape is easy to read.

Submersible Probe

• Stainless steel probe with Teflon® coating has a diameter of 16 mm (0.625 in) and length of 17.5 cm (6.875 in).
• Probe is fully sealed and pressure tested to the full length of the tape.
• Easy-to-clean probe resists buildup of contaminants and dirt.
• Sacrificial security link prevents tape damage by releasing the probe if it becomes trapped in the well.

User-Removable Electronics

• Sealed electronics module protects circuitry from dirt and moisture.
• Easy-to-change 9 V battery provides power to the electronics module.
• Removable module is easy to clean, repair, or replace—saving time and money.
• Audible buzzer and a bright LED light signal water.
• Sensitivity dial filters out false signals from cascading water.

Rugged Reel

• Reels are made of nylon or aluminum (for tapes longer than 150 m or 400 ft) and are mounted on a steel frame with an ergonomic hand grip.
• Hanger hook, tape guide, and reel lock hold tape in place for hands-free use.
• Padded carrying bag included.
