Roehlen Engraving has been the primary force in the texturing field for more than 80 years. We invented the roll engraving process, and, in and ongoing product development effort, working with customers worldwide, Roehlen has stimulated the ever expanding use of texture in both industrial and consumer products on a growing variety of substrates - metal, paper and plastic, to name a few. In fact, the word "texturization" which is used to describe our process, has become part of the nomenclature of design engineering largely as the result of Roehlen's accomplishment.

Through refinement and modernization of the plate engraving process, Roehlen pioneered the market for authentically textured paneling, wall board and siding, which is used extensively in the residential housing and commercial building industry.
