Richard P. Arber Associates is a professional consulting engineering firm that specializes in municipal and industrial water and wastewater systems as well as comprehensive water quality engineering services.

Our goal is to provide clients with successful projects that meet their current and future needs. Achieving this goal requires applying engineering and operations expertise to successfully complete four basic project phases: planning, design, construction, and operational start-up. Richard P. Arber Associates has specific skills and expertise to complete each of these phases.

Richard P. Arber Associates has completed a wide variety of successful projects. For some projects we have developed state-of-the-art systems that employ the most advanced treatment processes used in water and wastewater systems. For other projects we have used more traditional approaches. The recommended treatment system is tailored to the client's needs.
