Revere Controls Systems Acquires SEECO

Provider of electrical control systems for municipal and industrial applications, Revere Control Systems, Inc., has acquired the assets of Southern Engineering & Equipment Company (SEECO), provider of in-plant power generation and cogeneration systems and industrial control systems.Edited by Tracy Fabre
The merger will put the Revere name into power markets, especially utility power and industrial in-plant generation. The two companies have complementary strengths: Revere has expertise in computer network design and software programming related to industrial control system and SEECO is strong in the hardware design of switch gear and the mechanical elements required to support power generation systems, according to Revere president, Bob Adams.
