Regenesis Bioremediation Products

Our mission is to develop, manufacture and market innovative technologies to clean up the environment while conserving our customers' time and money. Today our products help protect our drinking water supplies and natural resources by naturally degrading and removing contaminants in groundwater and soil. In the future, Regenesis will continue developing innovative and cutting-edge technologies for the prevention and remediation of a broad range of environmental problems.

Realizing a need for inexpensive but effective groundwater cleanup methods, Regenesis was incorporated in March 1994 and developed its first product, Oxygen Release Compound (ORC). After extensive laboratory and field testing, ORC was introduced to the market in spring of 1995. Today ORC is considered a proven, low-cost treatment technology for the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbons in groundwater. ORC has been applied on thousands of contaminated groundwater sites around the world to naturally remove contaminants like benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene (BTEX), MTBE and other aerobically degradable compounds.

In 1997, development of a new product was initiated to address the problem of chlorinated hydrocarbon contamination in groundwater which is often associated with manufacturing plants, dry cleaners, pesticides, explosives and solvents. The result was Hydrogen Release Compound (HRC) which has been proven to be an effective treatment for the reduction and elimination of anaerobically degradable compounds such as perchloroethylene (PCE) and trichloroethylene (TCE). To date, Regenesis' products have been used on thousands of sites; saving customers millions of dollars, while restoring property values, limiting future liabilities and protecting our environment.
