USEMCO (Universal Sanitary Equipment Manufacturing Company)essed Vac-U-Prime Pump Station mounts on standard steel, fiberglass or concrete wet wells. Each station is designed, fabricated, assembled, and tested under quality control standards.
Welded floor penetrations produce a gas-tight seal. The volutes and discharge pipes are bolted and sealed for easy removal, without entry into the wet well. A single mechanical seal and shaft sleeve are standard. The bolted volute cleanout cover provides 3,5-inches diameter across for pump maintenance.
The cover is a two-piece, insulated, and hinged with drip-lip around the bottom edge. It is provided with a positive lock-open device.
