Pro-VAC

The Pro-Vac System is specifically designed to meet the solvent, hazardous waste problems of today's machining operations. This unique system allows the machine operator generating hazardous waste to recover and reuse his cleaning solvent, and also removes enough solvent from the cutting oils so that it can often be reused in the machining operation.

The PRO-VAC System is a sophisticated, efficient distillation process that will virtually eliminate the need to manifest generated waste solvents. This minimizes your long term liability from both waste disposal and employee contact.

Why Conventional Distillation Systems Fail:

• Conventional "Pot Still" designs are incapable of driving all solvent out of oils leaving as must as 20% solvent in oil residues causing expensive disposal and barrel storage.
