Powell Fabrication & Manufacturing, Inc. is a privately held company, founded in 1964 to design and produce continuous sodium hypochlorite systems. Today, under second generation leadership, the company has evolved into a major force in the design, development, and production of scrubbers for chlorine, sulfur dioxide, and other gases.

With 35 years' experience in the Chlorine industry, along with a solid understanding of current and emerging technology, the company is equally well-placed to provide custom design and fabrication solutions to many of the industry's most challenging problems on a customer-by-customer basis.

The company is based in the U.S.A. in the state of Michigan. A modern administrative and manufacturing complex, situated on a multi-acre site, is located in St Louis, just north of the state's capital of Lansing.
