PME- Magnetic Inductive Flow Meter and Switch
KOBOLD's PME- Magnetic Inductive Flow Meter and Switch, monitors the flow of conducting liquids, and slurries
KOBOLD's PME- Magnetic Inductive Flow Meter and Switch, monitors the flow of conducting liquids, and slurries. The PME Flow Sensor provides the plant system with a cost-effective solution for measuring flowrate in the piping. The PME insertion mount design provides for economical installation in larger pipe sizes with a minimum downtime. Mounting sleeves for pipes are available in stainless steel, carbon steel, and pvc.
How does it work? The PME is designed so that when a conductive liquid moves through its magnetic field, a voltage is generated within the measuring electrodes. The generated voltage is directly proportional to the local flow velocity.
