The RACO family of alarm autodialers function in the broad spectrum of monitoring, reporting, and control applications ranging from a single point to a full multi-station, multi-point PLC, DCS, or SCADA network.

Using standard landline or cellular telephone networks, RACO systems can report alarms to a computer or call standard phones, cell phones, numeric or voice pagers, and voicemail systems. At any time, supervisory personnel can check system status, modify alarm criteria and monitoring points, and alter process variables from a computer or any touch-tone phone.

Autodialer products include Verbatim®, Verbatim® Gateway, Guard-It™, and Chatterbox® systems. RACO Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software provides computer interface with network of Verbatim RTUs and RACO Verbatim Connections™ software adds alarm autodialing capabilities to any Windows™ -based HMI/SCADA process control system that is Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)-aware. The RACO Cellularm™ combines an autodialer with a cellular radio to provide alarm reporting over the cellular network.
