Pilot Plant Systems

Dedert pilot systems are available as preassembled, skid-mounted units for test installation at operating plants. The standard rental evaporator is a single effect, steam heated unit capable of operation as falling film, recirculated falling film or forced circulation. These units have a nominal evaporation capacity of 250 pounds/hour and require steam, water and power for operation. The units are fabricated of stainless steel and are available with a vacuum system and pumps.
