Phoenix International is a marine services company that conducts complex underwater operations worldwide. Primary services are concentrated on underwater structure and pipeline inspection, underwater ship repair, subsea maintenance, equipment installation and removal, underwater search and recovery projects, and developmental engineering. Our welder/divers employ wet and dry chamber ABS and US Navy certified underwater welding procedures. Diving services include surface supplied air, mixed gas, saturation, and one-atmospheric divng suit (ADS)capabilities. Phoenix designed and operates a fleet of deep ocean work Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) with depth capabilities to 6000 msw.

Phoenix holds the NAVSEA Diving and Diving Related Services contract, a prestigious five year contract to provide worldwide diving and related underwater engineering services to the US Navy's office of the Supervisor of Salvage. Under this contract, Phoenix provides specialty underwater call-out services to perform emergent underwater ship repairs, salvage, and general diving support.
