Pentair Showcases Product Innovations At KBIS

Pentair, a leader in commercial grade, water filtration for the residential space, celebrates the 80-year anniversary of its Everpure line of products by showcasing its innovations in water treatment at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show in New Orleans. One such innovation is the company’s Everpure PBS-400, a prep sink and wet bar filtration system. This full flow system “plumbs” directly into an existing prep sink or bar sink faucet. “This means that consumers can still enjoy the benefits of commercial grade water filtration without the hassle of having to add faucets or add to their existing plumbing configurations. And because of this key functional benefit, the product significantly reduces the time needed for installation,” said Neal White, national sales manager. The system filters roughly 23,300 bottles of water (based on the standard 16-ounce bottle), allowing consumers to reduce the number of bottles of water they purchase supporting conservation of the environment and saving money. The product also offers the added benefit of lime scale reduction which helps extend the life of the homeowners’ expensive water using appliances.

Another key differentiator of the Everpure line can be found in its exclusive pre-coat technology. This consists of a combination of Micro-Pure and a unique membrane which provides filtration down to 0.5 micron particulate size and taste, odor and cyst reduction.
