Minneapolis, MN — Wanner Engineering introduces the Vector Series 3005 peristaltic pump. This low maintenance pump features a lubricant-filled cavity for constant lubrication, and is capable of continuous duty pumping of harsh liquids at up to 200 PSI. This pump also features a unique "roller and shoe" design that requires less starting torque and creates less abrasion than typical straight shoe designs. As a result they are easier on motor/drive systems while providing increased hose life.

This rugged industrial pump is available in a wide range of configurations and flows, and can handle fluids with viscosity up to 100,000 cps, at temperatures up to 180ºF (82ºC). They can also handle solids up to 0.6 inches (15mm) and fibers up to 4 inches (100 mm) in length. They are well suited for use in a number of industries, including water and wastewater treatment, chemical and petrochemical processing, pulp and paper, ceramics and mining, among others.

The Vector Series 3005 pump has no troublesome cups, packings or seals. The pump provides self-priming operation and can run dry without damage. Heavy duty roller bearings and complete isolation of pumped fluid promise long life and reliable operation.
