9 – 10 GHz, 1000 Watt Microwave Power Module (MPM): dB-3758

The dB-3758 microwave power module (MPM) has a 1000 Watt peak output power at a duty cycle of 6 percent, and operates in the 9-10 GHz frequency range. It’s ideal for applications involving airborne synthetic aperture and multi-mode radars, EW threat simulation, radar countermeasures, and manned and unmanned platforms.
The dB-3758 features high output power, ultra-low phase noise, and outstanding amplitude and phase stability. The RF signal path consists of a solid PIN diode modulator, solid state driver amplifier, and a mini-TWT.
