MeterSmart To Showcase Encentra Platform At Autovation 2008

Arlington, TX — MeterSmart, L.P., a leading provider of advanced Customer Program Management (CPM) solutions, will showcase their Encentra platform at Autovation 2008: The Utilimetrics International Symposium, September 7-10 in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Encentra platform is specifically designed for utilities to help them deliver, administer, and manage customer-facing programs through a single interface. Deployments of Encentra include utility demand response, time-of-use, real-time pricing, and key accounts programs.

Encentra integrates with third-party load control devices including remote control thermostats, lighting controls, remote terminal units, and other smart grid applications as well as software applications such as meter data management (MDM), advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), and customer information systems (CIS) to simplify the business processes necessary to deliver customer programs.

There will be several opportunities to hear case studies and view demonstrations of the Encentra platform at Autovation:

  • Tuesday, September 9th at 10:30AM: A presentation of Successful Demand Response Programs will be presented by Kyle Minnix of Brazos Electric Power Cooperative.

  • Wednesday, September 10th at 9:00AM: A presentation on Advanced Customer Program Management will be presented by Kyle Minnix of Brazos Electric Power Cooperative and Hugh Baker of MeterSmart.

  • September 8th - 10th: Demonstrations of Encentra will be held at the MeterSmart booth, #639.
