Metering Pump

The "beta" is a microprocessor-based, solenoid-driven, diaphragm-type metering pump. Maximum capacity is 8.4 gph with pressures to 253 psig.

Features include manual stroke length and stroke frequency adjustment between 0 and 100%; manual or external pulse control; three LED lights to indicate operating status or low level warnings; and the convex diaphragm for metering. Relay outputs are optional for fault annunciating or pacing and can be installed on-site through an external panel in the base of the pump.

Liquid end materials include polypropylene, acrylic, PVC, PTFE and stainless steel. Auto-degassing liquid ends are available, which allow metering of off-gassing liquids such as sodium hypochlorite, ammonia, and hydrogen peroxide.
