Louisville Water's Water Quality Report Card Affirms Excellence
2025 annual report released
Once again, Louisville Water achieved high marks for providing outstanding drinking water quality and reliable service.
Louisville Water released its 2025 Annual Water Quality Report. The report shows that we did not have any violations for the 19th year in a row and that we met all state and federal guidelines. The announcement falls during National Drinking Water Week, a time to highlight the value of water to a community's success.
The water quality report explains our water treatment process and includes important data collected by the Environmental Protection Agency. It also highlights significant achievements, our investments in infrastructure to keep Louisville Pure Tap® flowing, the work we are doing with our private lead service line replacement program, and it shares how you can learn more about our story at the Louisville Water Tower and WaterWorks Museum.
Our team is dedicated to providing safe, high-quality drinking water to nearly one million people every day. We hope you’ll take the time to look over this report and recognize Louisville Water’s commitment to delivering reliable, great-tasting Pure Tap every time you turn on the faucet.
