The Jay Industrial Technologies Group is an established leader in the industrial process industry in addition to being a leading maintenance service provider. In addition, the company offers extensive customer and application support through its technically trained account management teams and through its engineering services division, Advanced Process Technologies. In 1997, Honeywell named the Jay Industrial Technologies Group "Distributor of the Year."

The company is organized into three major divisions: Major Accounts, Distribution Accounts and Industrial Services.

Technically trained account management teams, value-added services, logistical support capabilities and the company's engineering service division, Advanced Process Technologies, support the company's Major Accounts Division. Large project orders, application specification, custom application development and process engineering consulting are the focus of this division.

The company's Distribution Accounts Division has been recently established to provide quick turnaround of orders for smaller MRO accounts, as well as to serve the company's resale customers. Supported by print and Internet catalogs in combination with trained inside sales professionals, this division stands at the ready to handle small MRO account orders and immediate resale product requirements.

The company's Industrial Services Division provides certified valve and instrument repair and service both in-the-shop and in-the-field utilizing the company's mobile on-site trailers. The company's factory and National Board certified Green Tag Centers provide total safety relief valve management, including repair, setting, testing, certification and sale of the full line of Dresser's Consolidated Valve line of products. The company also provides pressure and temperature instrumentation certifications traceable to NIST.

The Jay Industrial Technologies Group (formerly known as Jay Instrument & Specialty) has been servicing the chemical, petrochemical, waste water treatment, power utilities, metals, food, pharmaceutical, paper and pulp industries since 1954.
