Jeff explains how the Eclipse Pro combines the pump, motor, speed control, and flow meter in a single unit, eliminating external VFDs, pulsation dampeners, and the frequent tubing replacements common with peristaltic pumps. Its onboard flow meter enables true predictive maintenance by tracking gear wear and alerting operators before service is needed, and many gear pump installations run two to three years between services. Jeff also demonstrates the intuitive touchscreen interface, designed so new and experienced operators alike can make changes in just a few taps, and explains how the pump handles off-gassing chemicals like sodium hypochlorite without losing prime.
