4 to 12 inch Insta-Valve 250 insertion valves are a permanent asset in your system. The resilient seat wedge insertion valve utilizes an engineered reinforced composite polymer valve cartridge to stop flow in most types of pipe and can be installed under pressure, without shutdown, up to 250 psi. Stainless steel components offer improved corrosion resistance and durability.
The Insta-Valve 250 is manufactured in the USA, meets American Iron and Steel Requirements (Public Law 113-76), and fulfills requirements specified in additional “Buy American” legislation. The Insta-Valve 250 meets “Made in USA” and “Buy America” requirements with the additional purchase of stainless steel domestic hardware. It is also NSF 61 and ANSI 372 certified by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., to be used as a fully UL® compliant component of water systems in the United States.
