4-12 Inch Insta-Valve 250 Patriot Insertion Valve

The Insta-Valve 250 insertion valve provides an immediate control point in distribution systems, without using a system-wide shut down.  Installed under pressure, up to 250 psi, the Insta-Valve 250 increases operator safety, limits environmental impact, and saves up to 100% of the costs related to system shutdown.

4 to 12 inch Insta-Valve 250 insertion valves are a permanent asset in your system.  The resilient seat wedge insertion valve utilizes an engineered reinforced composite polymer valve cartridge to stop flow in most types of pipe and can be installed under pressure, without shutdown, up to 250 psi.  Stainless steel components  offer improved corrosion resistance and durability.

The Insta-Valve 250 is manufactured in the USA, meets American Iron and Steel Requirements (Public Law 113-76), and fulfills requirements specified in additional “Buy American” legislation. The Insta-Valve 250 meets “Made in USA” and “Buy America” requirements with the additional purchase of stainless steel domestic hardware.  It is also NSF 61 and ANSI 372 certified by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., to be used as a fully UL® compliant component of water systems in the United States.
