Hydro-Dyne Engineering Introduces Hydro-Flo Water/Wastewater Screen

The Hydro-Flo is a water and wastewater screen specifically designed to protect sensitive process equipment such as membranes and provides no screen bypass or carry-over, and the proprietary Hydro-Flo Bypass Gate eliminates the need for a separate bypass channel. The Hydro-Flo is made entirely of stainless steel and is available with perforated plates, wire mesh, or laced link grids ranging from 1 mm to 25 mm openings. No submerged drive parts and complete enclosure for safety, aesthetics and odor control make this screen an excellent choice for varied municipal applications.
The Hydro-Flo has been successfully installed in numerous locations around the world including Ft. Collins, CO where the Hydro-Flo proved crucial in removing pine needles and other organic debris from their raw water intake supply that were causing severe blockage and production loss. The Hydro-Flo was designed and built to install in the existing channel which minimized both cost and project completion time.
The Hydro-Flo Screen is designed and manufactured, along with a full line of screens and screening handling equipment, by Hydro-Dyne Engineering, Inc. in Oldsmar, FL USA guaranteeing acceptance under the "Buy American" provision pursuant to section 1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
