Horizontal Conveyors

SPIRAC's shaftless screw conveyors are extremely strong, guarantee reliable operation and make it possible to use long conveyors along with pushing drives.

The design with only one bearing, located in the drive station, allows a high rate of filling in the trough, which means low rpm's and low wear. Special design with draining zones facilitates easy separation of liquids from solids.

The pushing drive unit allows materials to be transferred directly into the side entry of a second SPIRAC unit. This saves space and permits conveying at extreme inclines.
